Product story and engineering team behind Clinic Tek: we are a BarmajTek product built for faster cloud adoption than legacy suites, leaner operations than heavy enterprise platforms, and more local fit than generic global software. Clinic Tek brings scheduling, EHR, billing, insurance, WhatsApp reminders and electronic collection into one bilingual workspace.
Clinic Tek started from real front-desk and doctor workflows in Jordan — crowded schedules, WhatsApp-first patients, insurance copays and the need for bilingual screens that do not fight RTL.
Instead of selling a pile of modules, we ship an integrated clinic operating system: appointments, electronic health records, billing, insurance splits, WhatsApp reminders and electronic collection in one place. BarmajTek builds and operates the product, so support and roadmap decisions stay with the same engineering team.
We serve dental, dermatology and aesthetics, general practice, shared clinics and multi-doctor medical centres. Teams usually start with a 14-day trial, invite staff, then connect reminders and payments once the schedule feels trustworthy.
