About Clinic Tek and the product team
Clinic Tek is a cloud-based clinic management system developed by BarmajTek for practices in Jordan and the region. It brings together appointments, patient records, billing, insurance and patient communication in Arabic and English.
Clinic Tek started from real front-desk and doctor workflows in Jordan — crowded schedules, WhatsApp-first patients, insurance copays and the need for bilingual screens that do not fight RTL.
Instead of selling a pile of modules, we ship an integrated clinic operating system: appointments, electronic health records, billing, insurance splits, WhatsApp reminders and electronic collection in one place. BarmajTek builds and operates the product, so support and roadmap decisions stay with the same engineering team. We do not ask for a long contract to start: a free trial, then one transparent yearly subscription in Jordanian dinars, to which you add doctors and branches when you need them.
We serve dental, dermatology and aesthetics, general practice, shared clinics and multi-doctor medical centres. Teams usually start with a 14-day trial, invite staff, then connect reminders and payments once the schedule feels trustworthy.
