Usage limits
- The plan includes one doctor, two staff and one branch. You add a doctor for 75 JOD a year and a branch for 50 JOD a year, up to 50 doctors and 20 branches.
- The plan includes two staff for reception, accounting or the cashier. Each extra staff account is 15 JOD a year, and each extra branch includes one more.
- 500 WhatsApp messages a month for reminders and confirmations. If you need more, you add a pack of 1000 WhatsApp messages for 12 JOD.
- AI voice dictation is included under fair use, and nothing is saved to the chart until the doctor approves it.
How the launch price works
Price lock
Subscribe by the end of 31/10/2026 and renew without a break, and your prices stay the same at every renewal: 225 JOD base, 75 JOD per extra doctor, 15 JOD per extra staff account, 50 JOD per extra branch. If you start your free trial by that date, the launch price stays available to you as long as you send payment proof before your trial ends.
The lock excludes general sales tax if we become required to charge it, third-party allowances such as WhatsApp messages and dictation minutes, and any new service we later sell separately.
It lapses if your subscription stays expired for 30 days, or if you are refunded.
Paying by CliQ
- Confirm your subscription on the payment page to see the CliQ name and the amount due.
- Transfer that exact amount from your banking app through CliQ.
- Upload the transfer receipt on the same page, ideally early so your activation is not delayed.
- We check the receipt, activate your subscription and email you a confirmation.
No sales tax is added at present.

No. 14 days free, no bank card, and every Clinic Tek feature is available during the trial. If you do not subscribe when it ends, nothing is charged, and access to your clinic pauses after a grace period of 3 days.
